Kevin Lau is a software engineer at NK Labs. He has extensive experience in developing optimal solutions for portable, low-cost systems.
At NK Labs, he developed firmware for communication products that have cellular, Bluetooth, GPS, and ISM radio modules. Before joining NK Labs, he designed electrical circuits early in his career, wrote software test programs, and wrote firmware for embedded systems with/without a real time operating system. He has made significant firmware contributions to a variety of products, such as a mobile help button, sound system console, patient monitor, flow meter, SATA drive, and telecommunication board.
Kevin was awarded a Master's degree in Computer Science from Boston University and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University.
